Children grow continuously from birth till the age of 18 years. This needs insulin and growth hormone. When children are hungry, there is no insulin in their body. They do not grow when they are hungry. We all should be 6 to 61/2 feet tall. We stayed hungry everyday for variable period. So we all are short & stunted. Find out how many percent your height is less say from 6 feet. On an average one can say That much you starved daily for 18 years. Keep children’s pockets filled with snacks round the clock for 18 years. This eliminates hunger .That eliminates malnutrition.Try this on every child and you & the country will be rewarded in 30 days. It also makes all children taller, smarter, more intelligent and makes this country a better country. This answers India”s biggest child killing& debiliting problem of malnutrition.(LESSON 9 ) Lord Krishna had Annaprasham sanskar at 6 months. (Called Usthavan sanskar.in Marathi.) Sheera,rice dal etc before each breastfeed. And not giving liquid foods like rice water,dal water,or diluted cow milk.( LESSON 10) All our children get malnourished in 6-12 months age due to watery weaning liquids. Replace them by sheera/ sooji halwa,oil +mashed rice+dal and our malnutrition reduces significantly. In satyanarayan pooja in Maharashtra child lord Krishna”s idol is worshipped.The idol is kept in a corner on a platform and worshipped. We have sheera as prasad.and fruits are offered to the lord.Tell parents that your child is your lord Krishna. Real krishna has come to your house. Make sheera daily. Give him sheera daily,say 12 times a day for 18 years. Give him tiny pieces of 5 fruits daily all the time.(lesson 11) Give one corner of your house to your baby.Call it baby corner or Krishna corner.Always keep some snacks,fruit pieces,and water in this corner,within the reach of the children.Children will help them selves and grow well. Late Babasaheb Amberdkarhad fought for having one source of water in every village for every one. We want one corner in every house for children .We l;abel it as baby corner/child corner/Krishna corner. (children’s own Mcdonald corner) Create a small cafeteria with snacks and water their.Give liberty to kids to spill water /snacks. You have to choose between healthy good children with a chioldren’s house or a museum like clean house and Mummified dead and dying marasmic children. In Gujrat every house has food and water kept for pegion on terrace within their reach. But none for children. If children feel hungry and thirsty food and water are beyond their reach. They have to ask for food and water. Every year we get many admissions of children who have fever due to dehydration. If a dog’s or cat’s baby gets thirsty It goes to the water hole and drinks water. If it is more thirsty in summer or due to diarrhoea, it has the option of drinking more water. This eliminates dehydration. Each house should have a waterhole or a water bottle on the ground which a thirsty child can access independently at lib. Why this is important? All diarrhoea deaths are due to dehydration. Thirst is first signal of dehydration. Eliminate thirst and that eliminates diarrhea deaths in children who can drink water themselves. Thus Krishna corner or child corner helps us toreduce malnutrition and diarrhea.( lesson 12) Krishna & balramleft home and studied in Sandipani Ashram.Use this story for a child not willing to go to another town for studies.(lesson 13) Krishna & Balramdid wrestling,exercise,and went to Gymnasium daily.Use this to promote exercise that our own children too sadly miss.( lesson 14) Krishna is king of Dance. All our dances are based on Krishna katha.Dance is the best exercise. All yoga mudras are covered in Bharatnaatyam.Use this story to Encourage children to learn dance (T.V.teaches all dances round the clock.)( lesson 15) Krishna’s parents werein jail.He was adopted by Nand and grew to become God. Let us all promote adoption. and make all these people happy. It is a great service to humanity. Make a give baby take baby club or Krishna club along with all friendly maternity homes and arrange adoptions as early after birth as possible. Request your member of parliament of make adoption laws simpler. Use krishnakatha To transfer babies,follow asepsis, promote breast milk, burn bottles in holi, keep water and food on ground within the reach of children, have snack filled pockets,eliminate malnutrition ,promote exercise & adoption.
