Learn Yoga for better life !!!

Here are some thoughts on conference. Mahapedicon,embicon,pedicon and every other conference. Recently I attended the conference of pediatric & adolescent psychiatry. It was held on Friday & saturday, 2 working days. They didnot use holiday Sunday. That impressed me. Psychiatrists & psochologists know importance of a holiday. Even a class iv employee/labour has to get a weekly off.If we do not give one,we are punished. In our own case I am sure most of us do not take one full day weekly off. Forget earned leave of 21 days a year. We are worse off than class 4 employees. In the end we burn out ourselves, become old soon, and die soon. In Europe each bus driver has a disc on an instrument probebly called tachometer.It marks working hours.He can not work more than 10 hours a day. And once the bus is pulled off in the evening, it can not be put on road before 11 hours of compulsory rest. We all burn out and should learn.We need to have our own discs. All previous years all conferences have used Sunday. For once, for a change, as an experiment, let us try to finish on Saturday evening, At Mahapedicon,embicon,pedicon and every other conference. Let us learn from psychatrics,& psycologist.If they can do it we too can. Yoga makes each one a better person. For those who follow it, will become supermen with 23 super human qualities. You have to experience it to believe it. I pray and wish to make every pediatrician a superman. If you can,(& if u get it ) please read this before coming to Mahabaleshwar. Dr. Ulhas Kolhatkar is one of the GEM, superman pediatrtitians.He has about 20 books to his credit on varied topics.medical, & non medical like time management,Zen,Yoga, & of course child care.He is mumbai district rotary governer. He is founder president of Dombivali's YOGA sanstha.We are at a loss in not learning from him.I want to propose that we should call him for a speech.At Mahapedicon,embicon,pedicon and every other conference.He is a "paris".He will enrich our lives.He deserves to give shantilal sheth oration. I also want to keep one day workshop on yoga for those who may want to attend it.at Mahapedicon,embicon, pedicon and every other conference.Ambika Yogashram Thane will conduct it. With every one’s help I want to make a standard patient information leaflets on all illnessesEach one can make on topic of own choic.It could be one’s thesis topic. Sakal family doctor suppliment will carry our series of articles based on reseach papers,beginning on 22nd feb. You will fiond them useful for teaching childcare to parents and staff etc.
